1. Create a Virtual Backend and Connect Your Charger
Go to Systems → Add New System → select Timetick Device Manager (virtual backend) → enter any System Name.
Copy the backend address and use it to configure your charger.

3. Add the Charger
Go to Hardware → Add Hardware → select OCPP 1.6 → choose your Model from the list.
Enter your charger’s Serial Number.
Select the corresponding System Name.
IMSI and ICCID fields are optional.
4. Verify Charger Connection
Go to the Hardware page and open the charger you added.
In the Logs tab, you should see confirmation that the charger is active.
You can also press the Run button to send individual commands.
5. Create Test Scenarios
Go to the Tests tab → click Add Test.
Select a charger in the Requirements field.
Add steps in the Steps field, e.g.: Power On Charger → Plug In Connector → Charge a Vehicle → Plug Out Connector → Power Off Charger.
Save and execute → review results in the Runs tab.
